What is included in the free trial?
New accounts are eligible for a one-time 3-day Basic trial. You get full Basic features during the trial. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — you must actively subscribe if you want to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
What is the refund policy?
Do I need separate subscriptions for Lens and Reader?
No. One subscription covers both EaseVerse Lens and EaseVerse Reader under the same account. Collections (vocabulary & review) is free for all users.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.), Google Pay, Link, and other methods via Stripe. Additional payment methods (e.g., Alipay) may become available.
What happens if I exceed my query limit?
Paid plans have daily and monthly query allowances. If you reach a daily limit, it resets the next day; if you reach the monthly limit, it resets at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused queries do not carry over. Normal reading use is well within these limits.
